Strategy, brand identity and culture manifestation for workspace developers and restoration experts, Kinrise.
BACKGROUND
Kinrise are developers of workspaces in key cities across the UK, specialising in the restoration of truly iconic buildings. The founders are guided by a strong set of personal values which have manifested in developing a very different kind of workplace for people, where social good, sustainability and beautiful design are the foundations of the culture.
CREATIVE STORY
The narrative for the brand draws upon the simple yet powerful ideas that shape the company philosophy and how these manifest in the day-to-day context of the business: illustrations like rainwater harvesting highlight the company’s focus on sustainability, illustrations of scales reflecting ideas of fairness and equality, born out through their approach to tenancy agreements.
OUR ROLE
We were responsible for helping to shape the proposition, develop and articulate the culture and behaviours of the business, as well as design the identity and key applications for both the tenant and investor audiences.
